    Material Preparation

    Carbon and metal layers are prepared and the fibers precisely oriented before a single shaft takes shape.

    Rolling & Layup

    Each layer is rolled and laid up in sequence, building the wall that defines the shaft’s character.

  3. 03

    Curing

    Heat and pressure fuse the layup into one continuous structure, locking in its engineered properties.

    Finishing & Inspection

    Every finished shaft is measured and inspected before it earns the XFIBURST name.
